Restore Pipsprout+ on a new phone
Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account, open Pipsprout, and go to You → Restore purchases.
Cancel your subscription
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Pipsprout → Cancel. You can also go to You → Manage subscription in the app.
- Android: Google Play → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Pipsprout → Cancel.
You keep Pipsprout+ until the end of the period you've paid for. For refunds, contact Apple or Google, because they process all payments.
Move my progress to a new phone
Your data lives only on your phone, for privacy. On the old phone, go to You → Export backup and save the file. On the new phone, install Pipsprout, finish the quick setup, then go to You → Import backup.
Notifications aren't showing
Check that notifications for Pipsprout are allowed in your phone's settings, and that reminders are on in You → Reminders. On Android, battery-saver modes can delay notifications.
Delete my data
Go to You → Delete everything, or uninstall the app. To have your anonymous purchase record removed, email us.
